uses premium quality yarns by using waste clippings from garment manufacturers mixed with RPET. By using pre-consumer trims and RET we ensure strong fibers which in-turn, enables spinning of much higher counts than industry standards. We invite garment manufacturers from around the world to help close the loop by enabling us to collect and use their fabric waste, recycling it back into durable soft quality yarns.

What We Do
Premium Quality Yarns
We use premium quality yarns by using waste clippings from garment manufacturers mixed with RPET
Strength In Numbers
By using pre-consumer trims and RPET we ensure strong fibers which in-turn, enables spinning of much higher counts than industry standards.
Join Us
We invite garment manufacturers from around the world to help close the loop by enabling us to collect and use their fabric waste, recycling it back into durable soft quality yarns.
Circularity Program
Helping to bring sustainable & ethical fashion to the worldOur process helps eliminate the waste from getting accumulated in the landfills. This approach makes us more environmentally conscious and will also promote transparency in the supply chain. Everything from the raw material to final clothing article will be traceable through GRS. GRS is the standard governing body for traceable recycling. We believe together we can change things for better and start to make the textile and fashion industry truly sustainable and environmentally friendly.
We are leading the way.
Process
Factory cut excess is collected in and around
India's global knitwear hub- tiruppur. This guarantees an almost endless supply of 100%
cotton and 100% polly shreds. Like colors are collected, over dyed, shredded then respun
into strong yarns. Recycled Polly content can be either plastic bottles or 100% poly
fabric shreds.
We chose poly to bind and strengthen the yarns. 100% recycled cotton is yet to be
developed strong enough to withstand high count knitting. The fibers are weak and snap
even at the lowest rpm while knitting.
As a team, we see the macro sustainable issue as consumption. The fashion industry is
glutinous. Luxury brands are buring millions of dollars worth of clothing annually, and
fast fashion has driven the industry to near net zero. The key for our team is “multi
use”. Yes, plastic will be on earth a long time...but, doesn't it make sense to reuse it
over and over rather than grow a water thirsty crop like cotton just to blend with
recycled cotton. In that scenario, we've just added more to the scales and it's not 100%
recycled!
Sustainability and ethical production aren't
about claiming to fix it all... we're all a bit guilty. Our angle was addressing what's
right in front of us. How can we make a change now and inspire others. We've been
producing in India for 12+ years and seeing as it's a global knitware supplier, we have
access to endless fabric cuttings which make high quality, super strong 100% recycled
yarns. In essence, we've chosen to close the loop on fabric yarn yeild. Now 100% of the
yard after cutting is used.
We are confident we have the best 100% recycled in the market. We also will continue to
evolve and push R&D for new and better blends like high count 100% recycled cotton...Not
80/20 or 50/50! This will take time. We also will look at other sustainable blends like
tencel/recycled cotton. As for now, we want to stand by our product and give customers
confidence in both traceability & supreme quality.
