Why was CCO founded?

CCO was established in 2019 as a response to the financial services industry’s increasing need for a better approach to outsourcing. CCO does not just provide people. CCO ensures its customers are assigned the best talent and expertise in their respective discipline with the goal of supplementing manual processes with automation. Put simply, CCO consistently improves production, quality, and profitability for its customers.
Our journey
While CCO initially started as an outsourcing partner to the financial services industry, it quickly proved its value across multiple industries and sectors. CCO has grown from a small 30-employee office in Bengaluru, India in 2019, to 1,500 employees across the US, India, and the Dominican Republic.
