John Crane
CEO CCO USA
John Crane received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Tennessee and his law degree from Mississippi College School of Law. As a Managing Attorney, Mr. Crane counsels national mortgage servicers on the myriad of federal and state laws impacting foreclosure, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, REO, eviction and other areas of the default servicing industry. His areas of expertise include bankruptcy law, creditor rights, foreclosure law, property law, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Truth-in-Lending, RESPA, mortgage regulatory compliance, banking regulations and FCRA. Mr. Crane has devoted much of his time to the consumer bankruptcy space and has played an active role in the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees (NACTT) Mortgage Committee and currently serves as the Committee’s Co-Chairman. Prior to this, he was the Deputy General Counsel of Citi’s North American Operations where he provided legal support to the default servicing areas within Citi’s consumer businesses.
Anthony Maselli

Raised in Augusta, Georgia, Anthony Maselli graduated summa cum laude from Mercer University in 2004 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management. Anthony earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia Law School in 2007. After law school, he entered private practice in Atlanta representing consumers filing bankruptcy. In 2009, Anthony transitioned into the representation of mortgage creditors in the context of bankruptcy and foreclosure. In his present role at Crane, Consulting & Outsourcing, Anthony specializes in talent development and performance optimization, with a focus on improving organizational efficiency and implementing enhanced processes.
Rushabh Shah
CEO CCO India
Rushabh Shah is the CEO of CCO Pvt Ltd in India. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Bangalore University and has completed an Executive Program in Leadership with AI from the Indian School of Business. Rushabh has a wealth of experience in the mortgage servicing industry, specializing in Default Servicing, Loss Mitigation, FCRA, TILA, RESPA, and banking regulations. His career also spans investment banking, with additional expertise in accounts receivables and accounts payable. Rushabh has previously worked with major mortgage servicers and banks, including JP Morgan Chase, and has collaborated with service providers like TCS.
Mario Gomez

Mario Gómez, with more than 20 years of experience in BPO management and operations. Based in Santo Domingo, R.D., he is responsible for partnerships with companies in LATAM to ensure the successful execution of business process outsourcing (BPO) and foster relationships with new clients. A native of Brooklyn, NY., Mr. Gomez holds an accounting degree, from the New York Technical College in Brooklyn, NY.
Eric Little
Senior Strategy Manager
Originally from Florida, Eric Little joined Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners PLLC in 2024 and serves as Senior Strategy Manager for CCO and RAS where he supports strategic planning, client process onboarding, business development, and global operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami in International Studies and Economics and has obtained his master’s degree from the University of Groningen in International Political Economy. Throughout his career, Eric has worked in multiple industries spanning from international development to public affairs, where he supported and advised leadership teams on operational management, strategic partnerships, knowledge management, communications, and strategic planning.
Mindy Clarke

Mindy Clarke is a Partner at Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC, where she manages client relations and legal resources for the RAS Network of firms. She has extensive knowledge and experience in reverse mortgage foreclosure and bankruptcy. Ms. Clarke graduated cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law, where she was a Senior Editor, Law Review. Additionally, she earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder. When Ms. Clarke is not reading reverse mortgage regulations, she is on the beach playing volleyball or soccer. Mindy has been with RASCP for 11+ years, progressing from a Florida Associate Attorney to a Managing Attorney. Most recently, Mindy serves Team RAS as the VP of Legal Operations, responsible for working throughout RAS’s 18 state footprint to ensure client expectations are met and to coordinate with applicable department managers to promote performance initiatives. Further, she serves as a subject matter expert in HUD regulations and more specifically reverse mortgages for the firm. In addition to training firm employees and its’ clients on FHA/HUD regulations and reverse mortgages, she also has served as a subject matter expert on various panels at industry events such as Legal League 100, ALFN and the Five Star Conference. Mindy is licensed to practice law in Florida, New York, Ohio, and Texas.
Benjamin Kreitz

Originally from Strasbourg, France, Benjamin Kreitz is currently serving as the Sales Director at CCO. His role focuses on leading sales strategies, business acquisition and overseeing commercial growth. With a background in client relations and business development, Benjamin has a proven record of accomplishment in SAAS at Otter and Private Wealth Summits at Marcus Evans of enhancing client satisfaction and driving business success. His educational background in International Political Economy from the University of Groningen complements his practical experience, providing a strong foundation for strategic thinking and problem-solving. He is passionate about utilizing his skills and languages to foster meaningful business relationships and contribute to the success of CCO.
