HPAL and POX

Caldera Engineering has extensive experience providing solutions for High Pressure Acid Leach (HPAL) and Pressure Oxidation (POX) mineral processing plants. Caldera serves roughly 85% of all HPAL and POX plants currently in operation. Caldera has extensive experience designing and manufacturing ceramic/metallic equipment engineered to withstand harsh operating conditions. Caldera also provides engineering and process expertise. Our unique modeling capabilities allow us to properly size and design pressure letdown equipment to protect flash vessels from erosive three-phase flow. Caldera provides support with respect to this equipment for all project phases, including pre-feasibility, feasibility, and detailed design.
